About Us

We are a non-profit organization founded by Audra and David Sparks dedicated to building aquaponic and other farming systems while feeding and teaching others how to do the same in order to help urban residents achieve food freedom.

Our goal is to provide safe, healthy, affordable food to low-income urban communities. We develop sustainable food systems and offer training, demonstrations, and technical assistance to individuals, community groups, and institutions seeking to develop urban food systems and urban food centers in their communities.

Currently, we are involved in a project to bring fresh grown food to hundreds of families using sustainable aquaponic systems to farm fish and vegetables in Dayton, Ohio.
